How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time. However, cancellations will take effect at the end of your membership term, meaning you will remain a member for the full term and won’t be charged for the following year. To cancel, simply call us on 0345 174 0597, email us at clubs@cs-support.co.uk, or write to our Membership Services team. Please include your customer number and contact details when cancelling.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my membership?
Membership fees that have already been paid are non-refundable unless special circumstances apply. Make sure to cancel before your renewal date to avoid further charges.
